This form will assist police, fire or medical personnel when they are
responding to an emergency
or other call from your home, in identifying and/or assisting you, or a
person in your household who
has a disability.

JUSTICE & OUTREACH
To communicate the goals, objectives, and accomplishments of the
Philadelphia Prison System and to receive input and suggestions
concerning prison operations and programs on a strategic, scheduled
basis from community representatives, government agencies, officials,
and the public.
To serve as the central office of the Philadelphia Prison System in
responding to and/or referring complaints and inquiries from the public
regarding prison operations, programs, and services.
To involve all Philadelphia Prison System staff in developing programs
and partnerships with community groups similar to the Police Athletic
League and Police Explorers, that will help deter criminal behavior.
Coordinate with the Public Information Office to devise and implement a
proactive media strategy to promote the goals and objectives of the PPS.
Located on the grounds of Curran - Fromhold correctional facility, 7901
State Road - Philadelphia, PA 19136. CJO is open 8:00 am to 4:00
pm - Monday - Friday and accepts Feedback complaints and suggestions
concerning prison operations while disseminating information about
prisons operations and services.
